1. No Returns & No Cancellations
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
- Please double-check product details (size, color, material, dimensions) before completing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take the utmost care while packing and shipping your order. In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Please share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will:
- Arrange a replacement (if available), or
- Provide store credit for the same value (if replacement is not possible).
- No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
3. Non-Eligibility
We cannot process claims if:
- The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- There are minor variations in color, grain, or texture — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted items.
