  • However, due to the nature of natural materials and handcrafted processes, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, or minor imperfections. These do not constitute defects.
  • All product specifications provided are for your convenience and reference; please review them carefully before placing your order.

5. No Returns, No Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
  • Please double-check product details (size, color, material, dimensions) before completing your order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take the utmost care while packing and shipping your order. In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • Please share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order number.
  • Once verified, we will:
    • Arrange a replacement (if available), or
    • Provide store credit for the same value (if replacement is not possible).
  • No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We cannot process claims if:

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • There are minor variations in color, grain, or texture — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted items.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site—product images, design, graphics, logos, text, layouts—is the property of Ciel Casa or its licensors.
