1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are processed during business hours (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-metro areas may take longer due to courier coverage.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For bulk orders or oversized furniture, additional shipping costs may apply — our team will inform you before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.
  • You can track your order online using the provided tracking number.

6. Failed or Missed Delivery

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, they will attempt re-delivery.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for any re-delivery request.

7. International Shipping

  • At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

8. Damages During Transit

  • We pack all orders carefully to avoid damage. If you receive a damaged parcel, we will review and provide a suitable resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
